On September 12, 2024, at 9:00 AM, WallProfit Organizes a Protest at Amazon’s Office in Luxembourg: “Amazon – Give Back Our Money and Items”
On September 12, 2024, at 9:00 AM, WallProfit OU, an Estonian company specializing in online trade, will hold a peaceful protest at Amazon’s office, located at 38 Av. John F. Kennedy, 1855 Neudorf-Weimershof, Luxembourg. The protest, titled “Amazon – Give Back Our Money and Items,” aims to draw attention to Amazon’s unjust actions that led to the blocking of WallProfit’s account on April 6, 2023, without explanation or evidence.
By the time the account was blocked, WallProfit had achieved significant success, with total sales through the Amazon platform reaching €3,000,000. The sudden suspension of access to the account deprived the company not only of transaction information but also of access to funds and customer items. To date, Amazon has not provided any evidence to justify these actions, which has caused substantial financial losses for the company.
Gints, Director of WallProfit, commented: “We have been seeking justice for over a year, but without success. Amazon ignores our requests and refuses to provide evidence to justify their actions. We can no longer remain silent. That is why, on September 12, 2024, we are organizing a peaceful protest at Amazon’s office in Luxembourg. We demand the return of our money and items. No one has the right to take our property without a court ruling, and no company or contract can authorize such actions.”
WallProfit calls on anyone who has experienced similar issues with Amazon and seeks justice to join the protest. The protest will take place at 38 Av. John F. Kennedy, 1855 Neudorf-Weimershof, Luxembourg, and will continue until the company’s demands are met.
It is important to stress that the right to property is a fundamental human right protected by international law. No one can be arbitrarily deprived of their possessions without due process or legal justification. Whether it concerns tangible goods or financial assets, property rights ensure fairness and protection against unjust seizure. Companies, regardless of their size or influence, must adhere to these principles, ensuring that individuals and businesses are not unlawfully stripped of their rightful property. This protest serves as a reminder that no entity is above the law when it comes to respecting ownership rights.
